You love snacks and want to make it healthy ? Hummus is for you! Chickpeas are a great source of proteins and will help you to lower your consumption of animal proteins. If you are used to buying it at the store you’ll be amazed by how easy it is to make it!

Let’s start 🙂

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 1 1/2 cup of chickpeas 
  • 1/3 cup of tahini
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt
  • 5 tbsp of water
  • Paprika
 

I N S T R U C T I O N S

1.    Start blending the chickpeas, the tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic salt. 

2.   Add water gradually to get the consistency you look for.

3.   You can serve ! Add some paprika and olive oil (optional).

You can now use it to dip vegetables, carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower or pita, use your imagination! You could also add other spices than paprika, many combinations are possible!
